Butch Cazin

Butch has been in real estate 20 years with dealings in residential, land and commercial properties. He was educated at Jose Rizal College in the Philippines, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Since arriving in the U.S. in 1976, Butch has completed college courses at Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, WV, The Jack Kelly School of Real Estate, The Graduate Residential Institute of West Virginia University (GRI), the Approved Buyer's Representative Course (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has received his Certified Residential Special (CRS) designation.

Since starting his real estate career, Butch has consistently received top honors, Hall of Fame Club Member, Long & Foster Gold Team Multimillion Producer, and has been named the leading agent for total production in the Martinsburg, WV office since 1999. Butch has been a Martinsburg resident for 30 years with his wife and two daughters, and he is now a proud grandfather! His daughters have graduated from local schools & nearby colleges. Butch has volunteered in sports programs, his local church and other community affairs with his wife.

Toni Carone

Toni Carone, a licensed REALTOR®, is the Marketing & Listing Coordinator for the Cazin Team and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. As a Jefferson County resident, she enjoys watching her family race horses at the local tracks. Toni was honored as the 2006 EPBR Rookie REALTOR® of the Year and serves on the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.

Missi Boober

Missi, who holds the designations ABR and GRI, is a licensed Buyer's Agent for our team. Missi has been involved in the real estate field since 1998 as a real estate legal assistant to real estate attorneys. She has experience with residential, land and commercial closings. Missi is married and the mother of two daughters and one son. She has been a resident of Berkeley County since 1995. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer in her daughters' school, garden, cook and plan parties. 

Marilyn Menear

Marilyn, who holds the GRI designation, brings over 20 years of experience to the team, primarily as a buyer's agent. She has lived in Berkeley County since approximately 1976. She is a mother and grandmother and also enjoys the "beach life" in her spare time.
